Another project from my years as a Girl Scout jr. leader. We made our napkin rings from felt but you can do yours from construction paper and they will look great! You just have to fold the petals to fit them through the slots.

I have maded these for gifts looks nice with a little glitter.
It also works best if you use heavy felt. The flower stands up nicer.
